By placing a reservation with Boston Exotic Rentals, you agree to the following terms. These policies ensure your safety, preserve vehicle quality, and support smooth service.

Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 25 years old
• Valid driver’s license required (U.S. or international)
• Full coverage insurance must be verified before pickup

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation
• Security deposit applies to all rentals and varies by vehicle
• Accepted payment methods: major credit cards only

Pickup & Delivery

• We offer delivery and pickup within Greater Boston, including Logan Airport
• Delivery times must be confirmed 24 hours in advance

Cancellations

• Cancel 48+ hours before rental for a full refund
• Cancel within 24–48 hours: 50% refund
• No refund for cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows

Usage Policy

• No racing, reckless driving, or use outside the U.S. without prior approval
• No smoking. A cleaning fee of $500 will be applied if violated
• Late returns may incur additional charges

Responsibility

• The renter is liable for all damage, theft, or fines during the rental period
• We inspect all vehicles before and after each rental

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing this page before each reservation.
